We will bring all the tips & tricks in our book, to help you to feel as relaxed as possible. In fact, how you feel during your engagement session is very important to us – because we know how vulnerable & awkward it can be to be in front of a lens. Which is why we want to spend some time getting to know you both. We don’t just barrel into your session with cameras a-blazin’! We will spend time walking, chatting and encouraging you both until we feel that you’ve let your guard down and are able to relax.

We’ll take your story, your interests, and your quirks, and we’ll use them to create something truly unique. So, in essence, shouldn’t feel like work to you—it’ll feel like just being yourselves, and that’s the best way to get genuine, heartfelt photographs. Trust us, the more you share, the more amazing your pictures will be.

And sometimes, it is just going to be awkward! If you can get comfortable with the thought of being a little uncomfortable; if you can let that guard down, even just a little….

And remember, it’s all about capturing the real, the raw, the joyous moments between you two. So let’s not be afraid to get a little silly, a little sentimental, and a whole lot of real.
