Ariel & Blake // Pine Knob Mansion Wedding // Clarkston, Michigan

We had the opportunity to spend some quality time with Ariel & Blake during our trip to Chicago for their engagement session this past January. While it was cold & they were certainly troopers to venture into the windy city during the winter time, we had so much fun with them and their two pups: Bonnie & Clyde! Since then, they have been busy the last few months with a big move to the Lone Star State & also Blake has started a new job just days before their wedding!!!

The morning of their big day, we arrived at Ariel’s hotel to her being super calm while getting her hair & makeup done. Ariel’s Maid of Honor Chelsea was joking around all morning & so excited for her best friend to walk down the isle – Chelsea was amazing & wanted to help us make their day perfect in any way possible!

We caught up with Blake & his Best Man, Andrew prepping their suits & being quite chill themselves – there was no nervousness happening anywhere, everyone was so laid back but super excited for what was coming in just a few hours.

Ariel & Blake planned to have some private moments with the two of them before their ceremony & Blake couldn’t stop telling Ariel how pretty she looked! Their portrait time was so much fun, just like hanging out with old friends. Watching them get married we saw just how much Ariel & Blake love & care for each other and their famlies looking on were touched by their lovely ceremony outside of the mansion, overlooking the ski slopes. Our favorite part of their night was watching Ariel & Blake enjoying dancing with each other and their families and at one point – Blake was doing handstands on the dance floor!!!

Thank you so much for having us Ariel & Blake, we absolutely loved your wedding day & can’t wait to share more with you soon!
