We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day for Josh & Brooke’s first day as man & wife!
The weather on May 13, 2017 was so gorgeous that it provided the best light for Brooke & her favorite girls to get ready at her parent’s home. While the ladies sipped on mimosas & snacked on chicken salad sandwiches before getting beautified, Josh & his groomsmen were hanging out at the Toledo Country Club.
We couldn’t believe how long & pretty Brooke’s cathedral train was! It was so long that it spanned at least 3-4 church pews back – making quite a statement! After Brooke & Josh’s ceremony at Maumee Presbyterian, they dismissed their guests to go enjoy cocktail hour while we snapped some portraits of them & their wedding party.
The father of the bride, Brian gave such a sweet speech before dinner – comparing marriage to a game of golf (fore Brooke & Josh are avid golfers – see what I did there???), it was one of the best speeches we have heard from a loving dad to his new son & daughter. The party kicked off with Last Call band & everyone had a lovely time dancing & grooving on the dance floor with the newlyweds.
Brooke & Josh, it has been such a pleasure getting to know you & your families over the past months! We wish you both lots of love & happiness and that it continues to grow with each day!
Weddings take lots of hard work to make them happen beautifully & run smoothly – so we wanted to thank all of the people who made Brooke & Josh’s day memorable:
